Orange County Domestic Partner Registry Kickoff

Please note that time has been changed to 10:30am, and it will now take place in the first floor media room of the Orange County Administration Building at 201 S. Rosalind Ave. in Orlando. There will be a Press Conference and opening of the Orange County  Domestic Partner Registry Celebration and we hope you will join us! 

The event will take place on this Friday at 10:30a.m., at the main office of the Orange County Comptroller located at the Orange County Government Building, 201 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801.

IMPORTANT: In the future, couples who are NOT registered with Orlando’s DPR will be able to procure the forms necessary to register as domestic partners with both the City of Orlando and Orange County, but will have to procure their own 2 witnesses and notary to execute the forms before submitting them to the Comptroller’s Office for registration. But for the July 6th event, Civil Rights Attorney and Equality Florida Steering Committee Member, Mary Meeks will be on site to act as a notary from 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m.

Couples who have already registered with the City of Orlando DPR will automatically be covered as domestic partners in Orange County, and can obtain their new updated domestic partner Certificates on July 6th, which will indicate they are registered with the City of Orlando/Orange County DPR.
