Flag raising ceremony for Scott Randolph

In honor of the contributions that Florida State Representative Scott Randolph has made to Central Florida and to the LGBT Community, Out & Proud Veterans of America and the GLBT Community Center of Orlando will raising a U.S. Flag for the month of July in his honor. Scott will be the first civilian to have the flag flown in his honor at the memorial.

Later in the month, on July 31st a larger ceremony will take place as we lower the flag and present it to Scott with dignitaries and a reception.
