Obama For America-Florida is planning a set of get-together neighborhood barbecues this weekend for volunteers to socialize and to attract more support for President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign.
There will be two in Orlando will both be Saturday, at Walgreens Shopping Plaza, 4629 North Pine Hills Rd., from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Hogan Law Firm parking lot, 5626 Curry Ford Road (next to Sedano’s, from 10 am.. to 5 p.m.
There will be eight others around the state including one Sunday afternoon in Melbourne’s Lipscomb Park.
