On December 5, fast food and other workers around the country will once again go on strike for a $15 wage. Nearly 60 percent of the jobs added since the recession have been low wage jobs like fast food and retail. When workers can’t even afford the basics, it slows down the economy and hurts all of us.
Join us Thursday for a rally at the largest McDonald’s in the world to stand with workers and consumers in support of the “Fight for $15” movement. Tell profitable corporations like McDonald’s to stop holding back the economic recovery by pushing down wages. Tell them that Low Pay is Not Okay!
